sorry, I know it has been a MONTH! I can't believe it has gone by that fast. Here are some older photos I found. I promise we will get some more soon.
It has been a long month. Adjusting to 3 kids has its ups and downs for sure. The hardest part is just not feeling like I have enough time for the girls, I feel like I am neglecting them. When I am not feeding, burping, changing, bouncing and holding Cohen, I am trying to catch up on house work. But I have been blessed with good girls who love to play with each other and they have been very helpful with pick-up and helping out with Cohen and being quiet when I need to nap.
I have had awesome help from so many people. I was so lucky to have my mother-in-law come and take a week off of work and stay to help out the first week I was home. She did everything from cooking, cleaning the house and kids, grocery shopping and getting kids off to school. She even stocked my freezer with ready-to-go meals. Thank you Sharon. I also had my mom come out for 4 days, she was able to do a lot of cleaning and cooking and give my kids the attention that I couldn't. She even watched my girls for Valentines evening so Dan and I could go out (with Cohen). And she helped me clean the mess you would call my closet!! I have been avoiding it for some time but now it is nice to go in and actually see the clothes. My last visitor was Clara, my roommate from college and her son William who is a year old. She came for a week and did my cooking and cleaning and entertained me and my girls!!! Seriously her son did too. I have had so many people from the ward help out by bringing meals and watching the girls. And just yesterday I had all the achievement day girls come over to do a service project by cleaning my house!
So thank you to all who have helped make this past month go by a little easier, and to all who have loaned, donated or given so many gifts to little Cohen. I appreciate you all!
